@alexcrichton sorry for pinging you here, but @SergioBenitez lacks any activity for almost 3.5 months both in rocket and here in cookie. May I ask to release a stable 0.16 version of cookie? Because it holds some part of ecosystem from moving on, or makes them to release rc versions too (as cookie is often referred in public APIs).
